What information do we collect?
When using the website, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, phone number or other details to help you with your experience. We collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with an individual consumer, household, or device

Do we disclose information?
Yes, sometimes. In this section we explain when and to whom we disclose information. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer PII other than as described below. In the preceding twelve (12) months, we have disclosed the following categories of personal information for a business purpose: Category A (Personal Identifiers).

How do we protect your information?
We take reasonable measures to secure your information. Our website is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our site.
We use regular Malware Scanning. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is accessible by a limited number of persons who are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
We implement a variety of security measures when a user enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information.
Transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.
Do we use ‘cookies’?
Compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interactions in order to offer better site experiences and tools in the future. We may also use trusted third party services that track this information on our behalf.

How does our site handle do not track signals?
We honor do not track signals and do not track, plant cookies, or use advertising when a Do Not Track (DNT) browser mechanism is in place.
Does our site allow third party behavioral tracking?
We do not allow third party behavioral tracking. As of the effective date of this Privacy Statement, there is no commonly accepted response for Do Not Track signals initiated by browsers, therefore we do not respond to them.
How you know what information we have about you or ask that we delete your information?
You have the right to request that we disclose certain information to you about our collection and use of your personal information over the past 12 months. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will disclose to you:

- The categories of sources for the personal information we collected about you.
- Our business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling that personal information.
- The categories of third parties with whom we share that personal information.
- The specific pieces of personal information we collected about you (also called a data portability request).
- If we sold or disclosed your personal information for a business purpose, two separate lists disclosing:
- sales, identifying the personal information categories that each category of recipient purchased; and
- disclosures for a business purpose, identifying the personal information categories that each category of recipient obtained.
- You also have the right to request that we delete any of your personal information that we collected about you and retained, subject to certain legal exceptions.
Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will process your request, unless an exception applies. And, if you requested that we delete your data, we will also direct our service providers to similarly delete your personal information from their records. We will also pass your request along to our business partners.

A verifiable consumer request must:
- Provide enough information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative; and
- Describe your request with enough detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.
We will not discriminate against you for submitting a request and we will not deny you goods or services, charge you different prices or rates for goods or services, including through granting discounts or other benefits, or imposing penalties, provide you a different level or quality of goods or services, or suggest that you may receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services.
How can you correct or update your information?
If your personal information changes, you may correct, update, or amend it by contacting us via one of the methods listed below under “Contact Us.” We will respond to your request within 30 days.
We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
This website is not directed to children under the age of thirteen, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen on the site. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personal information from a visitor under the age of thirteen on the site, we will delete the information from our records.
